地方很偏，老闆服務好的人員也好，就是地方偏，偏到我都不要住了，不方便，我人已經到酒店和酒店説我生病了，要回去不住了，能不能退，老闆不退，有點財謎，那我不住你多多少少也要退點，人家就一份不退，那好吧衹能給你差評長長你那貪財的心

住過很多次，有免費接駁車可以送到留壽都雪場，雖然是膠囊但空間還可以接受，缺點就是如果有人打呼就比較不好睡，但有貼心的提供耳塞，一樓是燒肉店，所以有時候房間的味道會稍微有燒肉味，怕房間味道重的人可能要三思，旅館內也有乾燥室，滑雪住這裡很方便

酒店距離留壽都雪場大約8分鐘車，而且酒店提供早上3班前往雪場，下午三班回酒店，對不是自駕的旅客其實很友好。除此之外，酒店也有300日圓一次的洗衣服務，30分鐘就洗好；最後，酒店行3分鐘有Lawson, 對解決早、晚餐絕對無問題

Great location, very easy to find and has a conbini only a few minutes on foot. The beds were comfortable and cozy, but the small was quite small and got really hot, really quickly when everyone was in their cubicles. Staff were friendly and the amenities were good. The hidden kitchen/lounge area at the back was great.

For what it is, a cabin/hostel, it’s well done. The rooms clean, staff helpful. What makes this place stand out though is their sauna tent. At first I was in doubt how good this could be, but with the wood stove, the forest smelling steam, the resting areas and the cold pool, it made it actually one of the best sauna experiences in Japan. Seldom do you get to do your own Löyly like that. Not a lot in the neighbourhood though (in summer), so for us one night was perfect.

If you are going to Rusutsu this is the place, clean and 10min away to the resorts, everything was great beside they don't have a kitchen for hostel guests but it's understandable coz there is a restaurant on the first floor. They do have microwave so you can heat up food from the convenience store.
